Lumber Barcode Labeling w/ Sierra DigiTally
Sierra DigiTally Mobile app includes lumber barcode labeling capabilities. The system comes with 2 standard 4 x 6" built-in forms that can be customized. Other smaller or larger label sizes are also available. Label forms include data such as Bundle Tag number, Product code, Product Description, Grade, Average Length/Width, Total Board-Footage (or Cubic Meters), Full Tally Details, Date/Time stamp, and many other fields. Sierra DigiTally is compatible with Zebra label printers.
Sierra DigiTally comes with 2 standard label formats for 4 x 6 inch size labels; a Bundle/Pack label with common information and a Tally label that includes product and detailed length x width listing.

It's easy to print labels and tags with Sierra DigiTally; we completely setup printers as part of our fully configured package deployment, labels are ready to print out of the box. Lumber label printing feature is included with Sierra DigiTally so you simply need a Zebra compatible printer; it's also easy to configure to print using our standard labels, no need to spend hours designing your own labels. We can customize basic information, such as company name, free of charge.
